Terms of Agreement

This agreement between ET Natural Inc. and the signed customer below is as follows:

In return for full payment as described below, ET Natural will grant a share of its' all naturally grown vegetables for the 2023 crop season. A full share customer will be provided approximately one bushel of mixed vegetables each week from July through the end of October, depending on growing conditions. A half share will receive ½ bushel each week. A quarter share receives ½ bushel every other week.
The customer shares the risk and rewards in the production of the crop. ET Natural will make reasonable efforts to produce and distribute your share of fresh produce to you. By signing below, you accept a share of the risk that comes with food production. In return, if the crop year is better or longer than average you will be provided with a part of the increased production. The items and quantities are at ET Naturals discretion. Please be aware that the length of the season will vary depending on weather. We normally expect to distribute fresh produce for approximately 13 -15 weeks.
Though we may try to accommodate your preferences, we reserve the right to determine the final make up of each distribution. You may receive some vegetable varieties that you may not like to eat. We grow a wide variety and will occasionally provide some vegetables that you may not have asked for or are new to you.
Payments are not refundable after the agreement has been accepted. We offer a full share for the season at $600.00. A half share is $330.00, Quarter share $180.00. We are willing to offer a payment plan up to 3 monthly installments. Payments must be completed to receive your distributions unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.
Membership request form and payment due by July 1st. Please return the agreement and first payment as soon as possible as we have a limited number of openings and will fill them as we receive them. We may be able to accept them as late as mid-July. We reserve the right to accept or decline any agreement. If we decline, we will inform you and return any money that was sent.
